  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. Submission & Grading Process

  • Customers must follow our submission guidelines to ensure cards are properly protected.
  • Once a card is graded, it cannot be retracted or regraded unless under special circumstances.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Pricing is outlined on our Pricing Page and may be updated periodically.
  • Payment must be made in full before grading begins.
  • All sales are final, and refunds are only issued in cases of proven grading errors.

6. Shipping & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their cards.
  • We are not liable for damage or loss occurring during inbound shipping.
  • Once graded, cards will be securely packaged and returned via a tracked shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Authenticity & Counterfeit Cards

  • We reserve the right to reject counterfeit or altered cards without a refund.
  • Any rejected submissions will be returned to the sender.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for market fluctuations affecting the value of graded cards.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the grading service.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent except as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Vietnam.
