Every Card, Graded on Merit – Not Market Value.

Ensure Your Cards Arrive Safely for Grading.

Follow These Simple Steps to Protect Your Cards During Shipping.

Step-by-Step Packaging Instructions

1.  Use Card Sleeves

Place each card in a soft penny sleeve to prevent surface scratches.

2. Secure in Top Loaders or Semi-Rigid Holders

  • Insert sleeved cards into top loaders or semi-rigid card holders for extra protection.
  • Avoid taping the top loader shut, as this can cause damage when removed.

3. Bundle Cards Together (If Sending Multiple Cards)

  • Stack your cards neatly and evenly.
  • Use rubber bands or team bags to keep them together but not too tight.

 4. Wrap in Protective Material

  • Use bubble wrap or foam padding around the cards for shock absorption.

5. Place in a Sturdy Box or Bubble Mailer

  • Avoid using plain envelopes as they do not provide sufficient protection.
  • Choose a rigid box for larger submissions.

6. Include the Submission Form

  • Print and include your completed submission form inside the package.
  • This helps us quickly verify and process your order.

7. Seal Securely & Label Correctly

  • Use strong packing tape to seal your package.
  • Clearly label the shipping address and add any necessary handling instructions.

Shipping Best Practices

Use a Trusted Courier – We recommend tracked and insured shipping.

Keep a Copy of Your Tracking Number – This helps monitor your package’s progress.

Avoid Loose Packaging – Cards shifting inside the package can lead to damage.

What Happens If Packaging Guidelines Aren’t Followed?

  • Damaged Cards – Improper packaging can result in creases, edge wear, or surface damage.
  • Delayed Processing – If submission forms are missing or cards arrive in poor condition, it may slow down the grading process.
  • Rejected Submissions – In extreme cases, poorly packed cards may not be eligible for grading.
